Philips N1500

What makes a VMT an Elite transfer service over others across the internet.

If you are looking to have old videotapes archived to either digital file or traditional DVD, you need to know value in terms of quality price and service is on offer. On the surface a cheap transfer from the high street or the internet seems a good option.

But look more closely what you get, your recordings transferred on consumer DVD recorders which only mirror the image with no improvement in quality.

Ask them to transfer an N1500 videotape they will tell you the quality is too poor to transfer but they could charge you a hidden fee just to check over your tape or add in a false time frame this buys other companies a window in time to sub contract out to someone else to do the work for them then add this into your final cost. Also old videotapes like Philips N1500 will get sticky over time meaning the layers separate within the videotapes making the video unwatchable in which case we tape bake to recover most or all of the recording that is possible based on the original condition of the recording. To keep your video picture stable we use timebase correction and then fully restore colour and sound making it better than the original. Your videotapes are capture on broadcast hardware and restored on broadcast software.

So remember this when tempted by sweet cheap prices on offer elsewhere.
